Edward H. Morris III founded INPHL Development to focus on creating value for its partners and investors through the acquisition and development of well-situated and under utilized real estate in Philadelphia and Baltimore.

 

Mr. Morris began his real estate career while attending The University of Pittsburgh School of Law.  As a Law Clerk with the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the school’s Community Economic Development Clinic, he gained valuable experience working with stakeholders, developers, and federal, state and local agencies. 

 

After law school, Mr. Morris worked as Associate Counsel with Brandywine Realty Trust and as Development Associate and Operations Manager with Aquinas Realty Partners.  While at Aquinas, Mr. Morris assisted with large-scale urban infill initiatives and was involved in the development lifecycle from design through disposition. Mr. Morris served as an Associate Broker with Winig Properties and Sands Investment Group and was Real Estate Manager for the Mt. Airy Community Development Corporation. 

 

Mr. Morris is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and real estate broker in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
